RCA Nashville recording artist Jake Owen was named “up-and-coming artist” on Nashville Lifestyles’ Hot List, featured in the August issue. Owen, who released his debut album, Startin’ With Me, two years ago, has achieved many career highlights in a short period including three consecutive hit singles, multiple tours with the biggest names in country music, performing at the 2008 CRS New Faces Show and a recent Academy of Country Music (ACM) nomination for Top New Male Vocalist.
